How remote photoshoot works
The photoshoot is done through your phone remotely. Using your smartphone and our app, a professional Headshots.Ltd photographer will direct you in real-time — helping with phone positioning, lighting, and posing to capture high-quality headshots.
Yes! Your final images will be high-quality and perfect for professional use.
Not at all! You don’t need the latest phone model—any iPhone from iPhone 8 onwards or any Android with a camera will work just fine. The key to great photos isn’t just the phone — it’s the professional behind the camera. Our photographers will guide you in finding the best light, angles, and composition, and we’ll professionally edit your final images to ensure high-quality results.

No, we take real photos of real people! Every image is captured by a professional photographer in real-time. We then carefully hand-edit the photos to ensure you look natural and look like yourself — no AI-generated images here.
No, just an iPhone or Android phone with a camera! We’ll guide you to get the best results using natural light or available indoor lighting. You don’t even need a tripod—we have plenty of clever tricks to help you prop up your phone.
You will receive a proof gallery within 24 hours after the shoot. Once you choose your favourite photos, the editing process takes up to 24 hours. You’ll receive an email with a link to your final edited images.
If you need your images the same day, we offer an express editing service for an additional $50 per shoot.

Yes! Our group rate starts at $55 per person. If your team has more than 20 people, let us know — we offer lower rates for larger groups.
Yes! We can customise your headshots to match your company’s branding. If you have a specific background colour or style in mind, let us know — we can either guide you to find a suitable background during the shoot or replace the background digitally to match your brand’s colours.

Usually, a remote session lasts up to 15 minutes per person or even faster.
Yes, just let us know in advance, and we’ll offer a new time.
It depends on availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Feel free to reach out!
